PERSONAL TRAINING – INDIVIDUAL
One-on-one personal training is the best type of training because the program is tailored exactly to the client’s needs. The results are immediate and there is a collaboration between 2 people (trainer-trainee), which makes it easier to hold conferences and monitor during the course.
PERSONAL TRAINING – FOR 2 PEOPLE
In my fully equipped space, measuring 170m2, it is possible to train 2 people at the same time, subject to availability. And in this case, each trainee has their own trainer and follows a personalized program.
HOME PERSONAL TRAINING
This is the most expensive and private service. Home Personal requires equipment in the trainee’s home, in order for the trainer to have a wide range of exercises and combination programs, for continuous progress and improvement. In this potential collaboration, we will need to visit your space to see your equipment and whether the safety measures for conducting training are being followed.
PERSONAL TRAINING – CORPORATE
There are companies that have a gym. In this case, an offer for personal training can be made to company employees.
