
Initial meeting to discuss goals and determine a training schedule
The first appointment is very important for me to determine if you can enter into such a process in your life and how typical you will be in a fitness and nutrition program that I will provide you.
I want my trainees to have 100% results, and an important factor in achieving the goal is the consistency of the person I train.
After the first appointment in the 1st lesson, there will be: a complete record of the athlete’s background
The history will include information from the athlete’s life, their athletic history, dietary preferences and intolerances, injuries, work schedule, hobbies/activities, mental disorders, etc.
Prompt for necessary medical tests (e.g. blood tests)
To build a body, the functioning of the body must be in perfect condition in order to benefit from exercise to the maximum extent.
Front/back/side photography to see proportions and symmetry
The purpose of the photo shoot is to observe the proportions and symmetry of the body, based on which the training program will be developed, as well as to compare the difference in results.
Body measurements with a tape measure
The main reason for the measurements is to review the results after a training program and to see any differences in body parts.
Lipometry
The TANITA BC 601 scale records the results of fat, muscle mass and water in each part of the body separately and passes the data via a special card to the computer.
Heart rate monitoring and calorie counting with Apple Watch
Using the Apple Watch we measure heart rate through sensors that monitor blood flow in the wrist area and do not use classic chest straps.
In the 2nd lesson:
- The adjustment begins (depending on the client’s situation) and then the program we will follow.
- The athlete will receive via email the initial nutrition program to follow.
Accurate conclusions of the results
Lipometry, photography and body measurements are carried out before and at the end of each program. This process is the main criterion for the results of each client. Through this process we can know the change in our body in relation to fat, muscle and water retention.
