A fully equipped space of 170 square meters, for one-to-one sessions, with the world’s best instruments of the American company CYBEX, and absolute privacy in my supervised training.
I couldn’t have made anything less for my interns, who have trusted and supported me for so many years.
Training one person exclusively.
The changing rooms are private and provide total security! Only the trainee has access, with an electric remote control.
My main concern was to create an environment in which the trainee can escape from his/her busy schedule and do his/her training, having concentration and calmness. Concentration in exercise is the number 1 for maximum stimulation during a performance and I believe this space is an ideal example.
May DF Personal Training Studio be the beginning of other such movements in Greece. We need it.
